It’s hard to get better after winning a Super Bowl, especially when you lose your QB coach in John DeFilippo and Offensive Coordinator Frank Reich who were instrumental in adjusting the Philly offense when Carson Wentz tore his ACL and Nick Foles took over the job. The argument for the team being at least equally as talented is strong, because they still have tremendous depth on the offensive and defensive lines. This team is built around those units, and they have 2 elite QB’s on the roster. Fletcher Cox, Brandon Graham, Timmy Jernigan, & Derek Barnett have Chris Long, Haloti Ngata, & Michael Bennett rotating with them. This is probably the deepest D-Line in the NFL, and if they might actually be better in 2018. Draft pick Dallas Goedert from South Dakota will have a big role replacing Trey Burton, but other than that there’s no real question on this Eagles offense. As long as this team stays healthy they are by far the favorites to end up on top of the NFC East, and should be considered favorites in the NFC.
