Few mysteries have left people stumped more than what is deemed a catch in the NFL. Seriously. It’s fairly ridiculous.
The NFL has spent hours, maybe tens of hours deliberating on what is and what isn’t a catch. Instead of a concrete solution, how about we use both art and science. Some things just can’t be defined without human intervention.
Case in point, Dez Bryant’s catch. Check out the video above. If it wasn’t a catch, then half the catches in the NFL aren’t either. USE YOUR HEADS.
