Week 6 Picks
LSU -2.5 @ Florida: I am not buying into Florida. Sorry, they cannot score. LSU has the better defense, better offense and will control the clock. LSU wins a low-scoring game, but kicks a game-winning field goal to cover the spread.
Oklahoma -7.5 vs. Texas: Texas is not back. Texas is not back. Texas is not back. Beat Kyler Murray, fresh off a game with 7 touchdown passes and I will believe. Not any sooner. Give me the Sooners in the Red River Rivalry.
Notre Dame -6.5 @ Virginia Tech: Virginia Tech lost on the road to Old Dominion. Yes, ODU. The Irish are too talented and will show up for the marquee Saturday Night game at Lane Stadium.
Hawaii -3.5 vs. Wyoming: I will continue to ride the Rainbow Warriors when they play at home. The travel is too much and their weapons are too much for the Cowboys to handle. Would love the game at -3, but I will take -3.5.
California -2.5 @ Arizona: The Arizona offense was supposed to have a stud in Quarterback Tate, however, his disappointing season has derailed those hopes. Cal is not bad and I think they cover a field goal on the road.
Auburn -3.5 @ Mississippi State: If Florida, who has half the offense that Auburn does, can go on the road and win at Miss. State, Auburn can certainly cover 3.5 points on the road as well. If this drops to 2.5 even better, but the Auburn defense is just as nasty and physical as the Gators.
Washington -21 @ UCLA: UCLA is looking to avoid going 0-5. Washington is looking forward to a potential conference title and appearance in the conference title game. If Fresno can blow out UCLA on the road, so can Washington.
Kentucky +5.5 @ Texas A&M: Give me Benny Snell and the undefeated Wildcats on the road. If the line moves to 6, even better. But give me the best running back in the SEC on the road.
FAU -14 vs. ODU: Lane Kiffin’s team needs to get it going and quick. I was not expecting any conference losses, yet here we are. ODU can put up points, put something tells me Devin Singletary has one of his 200 yard, 4 TD efforts in a rout.
Syracuse -3.5 @ Pittsburgh: Syracuse was less than a minute from upsetting Clemson on the road in Death Valley. They should roll a Pittsburgh team that plays no defense. Eric Dungey gets back on track and back into the win column, as the Orange inch closer to the Top 25.
WVU -28.5 vs. Kansas: End of first quarter score? WVU 31-Kansas 0. End of game score? WVU 63-Kansas 7. Book it.
With an overall record of 38-29-2, we are on our way!
