Tom Brady’s book, The TB12 Method: How to achieve a Lifetime of Sustained Peak Performance came out last month. That’s Good Sports did not buy or read the book, but after reading some reviews and checking out Tom’s website TB12Sports, Brandon Perna thinks it’s safe to say the book’s purpose is to get New England Patriots loyalists to buy extremely overpriced fitness products and food from Brady’s site. He’s charging $200 for vibrating foam rollers, and nutrition books, all aimed at keeping your muscles pliable. His business and training partner Alex Guerrero has been criticized for many of his unsubstantiated health claims. Also Tom Brady thinks if you eat Tomatoes, Peppers, and Mushrooms you will die instantly and never win 5 super bowls. Since he is alive, and has won 5 Super Bowls in the NFL that is very hard to argue.
