The NFL free agency legal tampering period finally opened today. The NFL Network calls it free agent frenzy, NFL team pretend like they haven’t been tampering for weeks, and we patiently wait for real news to break. Quarterbacks Kirk Cousins, formerly of the Washington Redskins and Drew Brees the Saints QB have been the chart toppers for the day. Brees still hasn’t signed a contract in New Orleans, but nobody thinks he’s actually leaving. That didn’t stop the Minnesota Vikings from making a call to his agent. Kirk Cousins said goodbye to Washington, but nobody actually know where he will go. Many think it’s between the Vikings and the New York Jets, with the secondary choices being the Denver Broncos and the Arizona Cardinals.

The Miami Dolphins announced that they would be parting ways with defensive Tackle Ndamukong Suh, even though they will take like a 22 million dollar dead cap hit. The Buffalo Bills traded their left tackle Cordy Glenn to the Cincinnati Bengals to swap spots in the draft. The Bills went from having the 21st and 22nd pick to having the 12th and the 22nd. Notable players released today & yesterday include, Dominique Rodgers-Cromartie, Adrian Peterson. Lawrence Timmons, William Gay, Ladarius Webb, Tamba Hali, Ron Parker, & Tavon Austin.
