The NFL went crazy today, with dozens of contracts and signings getting worked out to be made official. The New York Jets finished the day strong adding running back Isaiah Crowell, quarterback Josh McCown, probably QB Teddy Bridgewater, and cornerback Trumaine Johnson. The Tennessee Titans are adding former Patriots wide receiver Malcolm Butler who famously was benched in Super Bowl 52. The Pats also lost wide receiver Danny Amendola. The Green Bay Packers will sign tight end Jimmy Graham, but have also released Aaron Rodgers favorite WR target Jordy Nelson. That’s Good Sports with brandon Perna trie to cover it all, including coverage of the Browns, Jaguars, Rams, Chiefs, and Giants.
The Denver Broncos are expected to sign quarterback Case Keenum to a 2-3 year deal, as Kirk Cousins and the Minnesota Vikings possibly work out the first ever fully guaranteed contract. Current reports state the contract will be a 3 year 84 million deal. Drew Brees and the New Orleans Saints inked a new 2 year 50 million dollar deal which was fully expected. Other QB’s on the move today in the NFL include Teddy Bridgewater, expected to sign with the New York Jets along with Josh McCown. Sam Bradford with the Arizona Cardinals, and Mike Glennon, signing in hell.
