Joshua Beard joined FANTOM as a contributor in May of 2017 with his pop culture show Nerd It Up. He has since become the Editor-in-Chief of FANTOM’s website and continues to contribute as the host of AUDL Weekly, Nerd It Up, and his new show “In The Clutch”, a Houston based sports show covering the Texans, Astros, Rockets, & local college teams. Joshua has been a part of the Houston sports media for over 4 years starting off straight from his internship while attending Texas A&M. In his time in Houston sports media, he has been a producer, reporter, audio editor, writer, and now is primarily On-Air talent at Sports Radio 610. As a reporter he has covered the Texans, Astros, and Texas A&M Aggies. He produced and co-hosted Gallant At Night on Sports Radio 610 for a year and a half, as well as co-hosting his own weekend show on the station for over a year. Josh also served 6 years in the United States Air Force, is an avid supporter of Esports and video games, and is a husband and father.
